Step 1 – Sign in to Google My Business.

Step 2 – If you have Multiple Locations, Select the location you’d like to add a a new user to.

Step 3 – Click on Users. Users is located in the main menu on the left.

Step 4 – In the top right corner of the prompt, click Add users.

Step 5 – Enter the email address of the agency and select “Manager” or “Owner” level access. Make sure that the email address of the recipient is entered correctly and click invite.

That’s it! People (or organisations) that you invite will receive an invitation email which will give them access.

Please note that once a user is added, they will be able to see the names and emails of every user in the account. As an owner, you can go to the users section (step 3) to manage your users.
